Information for Everyone:

1. Please use a logo or a written link on each and every page that you use my graphics. This includes emails. There are many logos to choose from, all my background sets include a logo along with those listed on the bottom of this page.

2. My Graphics may not be altered in any way, sized or colored or worded. Nor may they be used without my permission in creating awards, banners, logos etc. Please do not change the size of them with your HTML editor. Please do use the graphics just as I have made them. I do have some blank buttons that you may personalize with your text.

3. For family friendly sites only please. That means no adult material whatsoever on your site, or linked from your site.

4. Please save the graphics to your own hard drive.

5. You may print the graphics for personal use.

Information for Commercial users.

Definition of a commercial user: If you make any money off of your site in any way shape or form than you are considered to be a commercial site.

5. The above terms of use apply to all commercial and personal sites using my graphics .

6. If you are a commercial site wishing to use my FREE graphics, there is a one time registration fee of $15. This allows you to use graphics from my free collection, and any I may offer in the future. After payment you will receive a registration contract from Country Heart Designs. The $15 fee is per web site. The terms of use still apply.

7. If you want to use my graphics for your crafts, you may do so as long as you do not sell them. If you wish to use my graphics for craft projects that you wish to sell, there is a registration fee. Click on the below to make payment.
